About Me
Hi! I'm Lisa, and A Lovely Life is where I share my experiences, thoughts, and adventures that help make up my Lovely Life.
As an Executive Leader I have a passion for Performance, Leadership & Organizational Culture. I’m always seeking to continue to develop and learn what creates performance, makes for good leadership and organizational culture. I describe myself as a People-Focused, Results Driven leader. I'm interested in what’s new and what works in the space of workplace culture and connecting with community. People related decisions, talent acquisition, developing, promoting, and managing performance, in my opinion, are the most strategic work an organization, and leaders, can do. After all, people execute strategies, so if you don't have that right, what you have is good on paper strategy that doesn't generate results.
Organizational Cultures also have to continue to evolve; they are living parts of any organization. Culture is not something that you can Set it and Forget it; Culture is not a slow cooker! The focus on People and Culture is what delivers performance.
My journey for A Lovely Life also includes the things that bring me joy in my life. My work is important, but it isn’t my only identity. I will share my love of cooking, gardening, equestrian judging, all things Hermes, healthful living, being an RA Warrior, enjoying the outdoors, and of course, time spent with Ray and our two sweet cats - Toffee & Caramel.
